Pink Hair & a Floral Dress for Becky & Jason's Walled Garden Wedding

An Sugnall Walled Garden wedding in Staffordshire

Becky&JasonPRE11.jpg

I knew Becky & Jason's wedding was going to be an amazing day when they rocked up to their pre-shoot in the Peak District like this -->

& ohhh yes it was!

The pair actually tied the knot a little while ago but wanted to have a blessing to celebrate their marriage in front of the friends and family who couldn't make it the first time round.

Despite a couple of torrential downpours throughout the day, after everyone had their fill of afternoon tea, we were finally blessed with blue skies and sunshine. The rain actually ended up helping us out a little too, when a double rainbow appeared over the gardens. To top off an already perfect day, the late sunshine developed into that beautiful golden light that everyone dreams for & provided us with an epic photo opportunity to end on a high!

Words cannot describe how good Becky looked, with her flower crown, pink hair and floral printed dress. She threw out the traditional stereotypes of what a 'bride' should be and looked all the more incredible for it!

Becky & Jason, thank-you so so much for asking me to be a part of your day. I hope you're having an amazing honeymoon in Sri Lanka!

And last but not least, a huge thanks to my amazing friend & 2nd shooter, Helen Smiddy <3

Vicky & Nick's Colourful Combermere Abbey Wedding in Shropshire

Combermere Abbey Wedding in Cheshire

Vicky & Nick's big day ticked all the 'perfect wedding' boxes. Filled to the brim with colour & covered in garden grown wild flowers, handmade origami cranes & beautifully hand-painted chalk boards. It was DIY wedding heaven & the hard work that both Vicky & Nick had put in shined through & made it all the more special.

Vicky looked absolutely incredible with her stunning dress & infectious smile. No one could blame Nick when his eyes filled up as he watched Vicky walking down the aisle towards him.

I hope you love your preview guys, I can't wait to show you your full set.. there's soo many more to come <3

Becky & Rich's Tower Hill Barns wedding in North Wales

Becky & Rich, Tower Hill Barns Wedding Photography

Becky & Rich decided to ditch the traditions and just have a bloody good day, exactly how they wanted it.

There were no formal photographs, no cake cutting, no first dance. But there were not one, but FIVE Cocker Spaniels, a giant tv screen playing the England World Cup match & an outdoor rave to the amazing gospel singers from Sing Out Music. Any wedding featuring a dog is a success in my eyes, so you can't imagine how excited I was when I saw five of them (all sporting bow ties) running towards Becky.

It was so so great to be back at Tower Hill Barns again for my seventh wedding at the gorgeous venue too! I swear it just keeps getting better there! It's the perfect venue for a chilled out knees up with great food and a great atmosphere.

Becky & Rich, I hope you love your preview... can't wait to show you the rest <3

Olivia & Gavin's Bartle Hall Wedding in Preston, Lancashire

Bartle Hall wedding photographer in lancashire

I was so so excited when Olivia and Gavin booked me for their beautiful wedding at Bartle Hall in Lancashire. I'd shot there back in 2014 & loved it, so couldn't wait to get back again. The whole day was super chilled out just like Olivia & Gav wanted & with the British heat wave still in full force, everyone was in great spirits relaxing in the sunshine all day.

When I met up with Olivia to chat about the pair's plans, she told me they wanted two things; tons of flowers to decorate the venue and a beautiful golden hour for their photographs.. both of which were definitely achieved! The room looked amazing decorated with floral displays and candles and after the newly wed's and their guests had enjoyed their wedding breakfast amongst the flowers, we headed outside into the golden light for some evening photographs!

I hope you're having an amazing honeymoon guys, thanks so much for asking me to be a part of your beautiful day :)

Chelsey & Mike's Beautiful Welsh Elopement at Hafod Farm, North Wales

A Hafod Farm Elopement in North Wales

I was only with Chelsey & Mike a short but sweet three hours & wow, what a three hours they were! The pair flew over from the States to elope in the beautiful Welsh countryside in front of their closest friends & family. They chose to tie the knot at Hafod Farm in Snowdonia National Park, under a beautiful handmade Chuppah & were lucky enough to witness the rare British sunshine!

Before the ceremony started, Chelsey & Mike had arranged to meet in private, for a "first look." Mike's face lit up as he saw Chelsey for the first time on their wedding day, who looked absolutely incredible in an elegant fitted dress, super long veil & handmade bouquet.

Thanks so much for asking me to be a part of your day guys, I hope you're having an amazing Honeymoon :)

Rachel & Mark's Epic Tipi Wedding by The Sea at Bach Wen Farm in North Wales

A Bach Wen Farm Wedding in Caernarfon, North Wales

This was one of those weddings that I was praying was going to be even a fraction as amazing as Rachel & Mark had described it to be & fortunately it most definitely wasn't. It was a thousand times better!

After waking up to perfect blue skies & sunshine, I was bored of waiting in my hotel room, so set off early to Bach Wen Farm to explore the site. Everything about this North Wales wedding venue is picture perfect... on one side you've got glorious Welsh hills & on the other, the beautiful Caernarfon Bay coast line. Sandwiched in the middle was the coolest Tipi set up ever, completed with seaside style stripy deck chairs, giant festival flags & a bright orange VW Camper.

After the pair had officially tied the knot at St Beuno's Church it was back over to Bach Wen Farm, where Rachel & Mark led the way down to the beach with their family & friends following in procession. Much to the delight of their guests, as they arrived at the coastline a surprise brass band started playing Beyonce at full blast whilst they sipped champagne in front of the sea.

When speaking to Rachel about the day's timeline, she asked me to stay a little later than usual in case of a sunset over Caernarfon Bay. The photographer in me couldn't resist and I'm so so glad she did as there was THE MOST EPIC sunset ever. It was the most perfect end to the most perfect day!

Rachel & Mark, I hope you're having an amazing time in the Welsh sunshine... can't wait to show you the rest!

Sophie & Liam's Roof Garden Wedding at BELLE EPOQUE, Knutsford

Wedding Photographs from BELLE EPOQUE in Knutsford, Cheshire

Sophie & Liam tied the knot at the quirky Cheshire wedding venue, Belle Epoque in Knutsford. The weather was absolutely glorious all day, so the Mediterranean Roof Garden was set up ready for an outdoor ceremony in the sun.

The garden looked perfect, decorated with paper lanterns, flowers & candles, as did Sophie with her gorgeous boho bouquet made by Liam's Grandmother & a huge smile across her face!

Knutsford high street has some of the coolest, quirkiest, little shop fronts & is lined with brightly coloured bunting. It was great fun wandering down and using some of our favourite spots for photographs & I think the locals quite liked it too, judging by the amount of "Congratulations!" the pair got!

Sophie & Liam, thanks so much for asking me to be a part of your day & I hope you're having an amazzzing time in Ibiza <3

Hannah & Phil's St Paul's Bay Wedding in Rhodes, Greece

St Paul's Bay, Rhodes Wedding Photographer

When Han emailed me saying that her and Phil wanted me to photograph their wedding, I felt so honoured as I've know the pair since high school where they first met. And then they told me they were tying the knot in Greece and wanted me to fly out with them - one word... YAS!

Han & Phil chose to get married at the stunning St Paul's Bay in Rhodes, on a little wooden jetty over the water. After a champagne toast on the boat whilst cruising round the island we headed to Tambakio Restaurant to carry on the celebrations in style. Tambakio is a stunning venue right on the beach overlooking the water, with olive tree's decorating rustic wooden tables & sand under foot - you couldn't get a more perfect destination wedding venue.

After some uhhh-mazing food there was a surprise appearance from the Greek dancers, who took pleasure in teaching Phil & the groomsmen some rather questionable dance moves. That could only be followed by Phil's 'Classic Dance' half hour, where we danced on the beach to Pretty Green Eyes and other cheesy *ahem* amazing dance classics!

Thanks so much for asking me to be a part of your beautiful, beautiful wedding guys. Hope you love your preview.. can't wait to show you the rest! <3
