Session Fee: £75

Date & Time // Please confirm your date & time with me before sending over payment! As these shoots will be running back to back, it’s super important that you choose a time that you can arrive promptly for! I usually recommend parking up 10 minutes early to unload the car & make any last minute outfit adjustments/snack stops etc - that way we can start our shoot right on time. If you do arrive late for your session, I will only be able to be with you until the next family arrives so I may not be able to complete your shoot in full. Unfortunately refunds can not be given for late arrivals.
Location // These mini sessions will be taking place in Delamere Forest! I’ll be in touch closer to the time with an exact meeting point & directions. I’ll be making sure our route isn’t too far from a car park to save any little legs from walking too far! It will also be pram accessible!
Weather // I will be keeping an eye on the weather in the lead up to the shoot - in the case of severe weather conditions which would affect the quality of the images, I will be in touch to reschedule our session.
What’s included? // After your session takes place I’ll be editing your images and sending over a gallery of 30+ images for you to choose from! Three digital images of your choice are included in your £75 session fee. Additional images can be purchased for £20 per image for £75 for the full set of photographs!
Copyright Laws // Copyright of the photographs always remains with the photographer, however I grant you, the clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by myself can be used for personal use by you, the clients and your friends and relatives, including making digital copies, physical prints &/or social media uploads. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from myself. Editing &/or adjusting the images in anyway is also not permitted without getting prior consent.
Image Use & Model Release // I may wish to use the images taken during our shoot for promotional purposes such as on my website & social media. By booking in for a session you grant me consent to use the photographs in this manner, however you retain full rights to withdraw this consent at any time. If you have any worries or concerns about this image use please get in touch to discuss. If you wish to withdraw consent for the use the images in the ways stated above, please put this in writing via email. By booking in for a session you also grant permission for me, the photographer to alter/edit the photographs without restriction, and to copyright the images. The clients hereby release the photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Limit of Liability // I have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond their control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
Booking Fee & Payment Details // Unfortunately I cannot reserve any dates for our session or provide an e-voucher until payment has been received in full. Payments are non-refundable upon cancellation after the 14 day cooling-off period. The full payment of £75 is required when booking your shoot & is to be paid via bank transfer to the following account:
